1. Ironing Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
2. Ironing Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-returnable or transferable.
3. Ironing Gift Vouchers which are defaced, altered of cancelled will not be accepted.
4. No change will be given although a credit can be applied for future bookings.
5. Ironing Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for bookings of a higher value if topped up with a cash payment.
6. Ironing Gift Vouchers are only redeemable in the area where Housework by Helen provides the service.
7. Housework by Helen reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
